How do I add a custom 404 error page?
How do I add a custom 404 error page?
Solution
Login to the website control panel
https://1.coollogin.com:8443
and click on Setup icon under Hosting section. In Physical hosting setup page you should see a check box for Custom Error Documents, make sure the check box is checked and click on ok button to save the setting.
The change won't take effect right away. It will take effect when web server is restarted. If you want to make it work right away, Please send us a notice for restarting the web server.
You can use ftp to upload a file named not_found.html into your sites error_docs directory and it will be serverd as your error page.
